This is where its different then most because we are a bridal OUTLET store, you can stop in any time, we have a cool and trendy feel to our store with a more casual but charming approach to dress shopping. We don't take appointments and you can browse at your leisure. You will have a lot of independence shopping but we are close by to help you and answer any questions. |

What if I found THE dress? Do I have to wait an agonizing 6 months for delivery and wonder what it will look like in my size? |

Not at all! , if you find it, love it, you can buy it and take it home. We do not do re orders, so you don't have to worry about if your dress will make it in on time, or expensive prices of special order gowns. Go use the money you saved on something just for you! Remember..think of it like finding the greatest deal of the century, that you can't pass up because it may not be there tomorrow! |

What if I am not 100% sure...Can I put a gown on hold ? |

You can hold a gown for 5 days with a small deposit, if you change your mind within that time frame you have your option of putting that towards another gown. To Purchase a gown, we do offer lay away if needed for 30 days with a 30% deposit. |

Ok, so I have to ask..for the prices you sell these amazing dresses at, are these gowns used? |

No way! You have your mix of brand new gowns direct from the companies, along with samples that have been brought in from the designers showrooms, designer knock off's (yes..I said amazing knock off's you have to see to believe!), overstock, and of course the clearance area.., all which is always 60- 80% off the retail price everyday! |

I sure did! Everyone loves the idea of the designer, the name and who you are wearing, but lets be real!, with most of today's savvy brides buying and renovating their first homes and paying for most of the wedding themselves, how many can actually afford the $ 1000-2000++ wedding gown, plus alterations plus plus plus?? If you can get a stellar knock off for less, and you loved it just as much, why wouldn't you? We get you the same style and quality of gown for HALF because we keep it simple! Most of these knock off's are made in the same factories as some of the most popular bridal giants, and most likely, you wouldn't even know it was a knock off if we didn't tell you ;)  just like your hand bags, we love the idea of feeling rich,and glamorous but we are just more budget conscious these days! And sure beats the terror of online shopping! Our prices are very comparable, and you SEE and FEEL what you are buying, all from a trusted store voted the city's favourite for 2010! |

Yes! Of course if you need a zip or help we are there for you, and although our store looks high end , our prices are not. We are very laid back, and we will be more than happy to help you find THE gown as we know our stock very well, and will help you find the perfect accessories to compliment the dress. |

I hate to ask, but can I or my friends bring our kids?? |

.I wish I could say yes, and everyone will have such a great time,but this is still a bridal store, where even though this is an exciting time for you, it is so uninteresting in the eyes of a child, not to mention there's not a lot of room on the bridal floor,because of all the racks of gowns, and we cannot have children running through the dresses or jumping off the podiums. |
