A detailed policy & agreement will be required to be signed by
the bride and all members of her bridal party before
any orders are placed.

Either by email or in person, provide
the following information:
  • FULL NAME
  • WEDDING DATE
  • 2 CONTACT NUMBERS AND EMAIL ADDRESS
  • NAMES OF ATTENDANTS

A chart needs to be completed by the bride either via email or in person. A deposit is required in order to have your measurements taken. We can can take measurements, over the phone, or here at the store in person . Once the chart is made and the first deposit has been given, it MUST be completed within the 1 week no exceptions!

We are REWARDING you and your girls for making OUR job easier .
If it is not completed within the one week, any of the gowns with previous deposits will lose the 20% and be put back to regular retail price. No refunds, and no exchanges; make sure you get your girls in order before the BIG Decision !! In the end EVERBODY WINS!!!
